tf2 classlimits removed

the tf2 servers now have class limits removed form all the servers apart from the orange ones.  
 
also the afk plugin now has a longer time before you are moved to spectate due to issues with arena maps. If people are waiting to join the game it was saying they were about to be moved to spectate.
